Objective

Link Received Stock to open PO(s)/Transfer

Details

  • This page should come up as an action in the receiving list page once the receiving is finished
  • Receiving Items will need to be "allocated" to the appropriate PO(s)/Transfer

Inputs

  • Allocation Date*
  • Receiving ID*
  • PO Number(s) / Transfer Number*
  • Location*

*Required field

Rules

  • All Possible Status:
    • DRAFT - Only Local changes.
    • IN PROGRESS
    • FINISHED

Actions

  • START (Only by warehouse admin)

    • Update Status to IN PROGRESS
    • Lock in Location, PO(s)/Transfer

  • CHECK & FINISH

    • Check for variances between received qty and PO qty, if variances give warning (show variances) and confirmation on finish
    • if confirmed, Update Status to FINISHED & set statuses for transfer or PO(s) to RECEIVED/PARTIALLY RECEIVED (check each specific PO) (does not affect inventory) //Flow not done
