A Brief Information Regarding Pick and Place Robot. The first robots were used for simple tasks as pick and place, since they had no External sensing. They replaced humans in monotonous , repetitive, and specific function of picking up the objects. When the robots could manage motion, but also had external sensor capacity, more complex applications followed, like welding, grinding, deburring and assembly. The usage of industrial robots can nowadays, roughly using purpose and it can be divided into three types ;material handling, process operations and assembly .In general, industrial robots are used to reduce costs, increase productivity and complete the work fast. The robots are used more of number in manufactural industry. however introducing robots will not solve all the problems.it requires every time updated according to requirements like automation, more durable, release more product at a time. Working principle of a robot Increase accuracy and reduce waste with a pick and place robot in your fulfilment centre to handle pick and place tasks. The UR robot can run most pick and place applications autonomously, allowing your business to handle inventory even when employees are not in their perspective works. The robot works by supplying electricity or by charging it. A collaborative robot arm used in respective pick and place task offers advantages in productivity and flexibility. programming and a fast average setup of robot arms ideal even for small volume production some sensors are used to sense and pick a coloured objects. The actuators are used for movement of the robot, arms and all required materials. Some program is to be setup for appropriate function of the robot.
Advantages of pick and place robot
1). It reduces the time consume and makes the labour work easy.
2). It reduces the requirement of labours.
3). It can be used by a normal person.
4). Robot have movable arms, so it can pick objects from its far surroundings.

Existing solutions to the problem As cargo warehouse load transfers (picking up appropriate, placing at absolute desired place) is a complex process, only humans mind power is best to handle all that.
Human labour in the cargo warehouse using different tools like base semi auto, twist locks, mode block, hanging stacker, lashing rods, turnbuckle and bottle screw, spammer is the ultimate and best solution for the problem.
A reach stacker is a vehicle used for intermodal cargo container in small terminal or medium sized ports. Stackers are able to transport a container short distance very quickly. Stackers have flexibility and higher stacking and storage capacity compared to others. There are also empty stackers to handle empty containers quickly and efficiently .
Side loaders are not as standard as forklifts . Side loaders are a specialized machine for long or awkward loads this machine handle different types of loads or combination of different equipment .
A side loaders does exactly what its name suggests. It loads and unloads from the side of the machine. A side loader’s forks are located on its side through which we can pick the objects easily.
These cranes are especially used for container handling. These cranes are fitted with spreaders that can be adjusted for twenty foot, forty foot, forty five foot containers. Some of them can also be adjusted for twin lift.

The links of such a manipulator are connected by joints allowing either rotational motion or translational displacement. The links of the manipulator can be considered to form a kinematic chain. The terminus of the manipulator is called the end effect and it is analogous to the human hand. Most 3D vision been picking application are complex and require vision consultants to program and setup the application.
