You can access R36S files on your android phone without WiFi or removing your SD card. When the R36S is connected as USB tethering, go to the network info under the options on R36S and take note of IP address omitting "/24". Then select enable remote service under the options. After these you can access your files with any android file manager with samba client using the IP address.
