Version 1.0 - makson96/Dynamics GitHub Wiki

Version 1.0 is legacy release. It is also initial release, which allows full molecular dynamics simulation by GROMACS tools. List of all features could be found in the manual. There will be no more bug-fixes for this branch. Every user is strongly advised to move to latest stable version. I might consider including third party patches if they are not very invasive.
