Troubleshooting
Here are some of the problems you might encounter when using the plugin:
- Shipping missing at cart or checkout: My buyers don't see the shipping quote or they see no shipping options were found in the cart or during checkout.
Shipping Missing At Cart Or Checkout
If your buyers don't see the shipping quote or they see a message that says no shipping options were found in the cart or during checkout, there are a few reasons why this may be happening:
- The plugin is not configured correctly.
- Make sure you have followed all the steps in the Installation Guide.
- If you are still not sure, check the log files to see if there are any errors.
- Your plan has expired or some other plan error. You can check the log files to see if there are any errors.
- There was some error in the connection between the plugin and the backend app that gets the shipping quote. You can check the log files to see if there are any errors.
How To Check Log Files
Here is how you can check the log files:
- Go into your Wordpress admin page
- Click on WooCommerce / Status / Logs
- In the drop-down, select to view the wc-shippo log with the date in which the error occurred.
The log file should show what the error is. Most error messages are pretty clear and should make it fairly obvious what you need to fix. But if you still need help understanding, or think you have found a bug, please check the plugin forum and the issue list here. If your problem is not there, you can create a new post in the forum.
