!clang		Everyone	Make Clang say stuff! Stock responses only.
!fortune		Everyone	Get a random fortune from Clang.
!flip		Everyone	Flip a coin (heads or tails).
!roll	#d#	Everyone	Roll x number of dice with x sides (e.g. 2d6)
!8ball	question	Everyone	Ask the 8ball.
!xkcd	[id]	Everyone	Shows a comic from xkcd.

Utilities

!help		Everyone	Shows commands available to every user.
!cheatsheet		Submod, Mod, Admin	Shows the moderation commands.
!whois	[user:id]	Everyone	Displays user data.
!ping		Everyone	Check Clang's latency.
!setping	on:off	Everyone	Enables or disables ping responses from Clang.
!avatar	[user:id]	Everyone	Displays an avatar.
!serverinfo		Everyone	Displays server data.
!source		Everyone	Show the bot's github url.
