Ascendancies - mahjerion/Craft-to-Exile-Harmony GitHub Wiki
Ascendancies are reworked Origins that provide the player with some more intrinsic changes to their playstyle. These are mostly flavorful and pay homage to Path of Exile's system. The more difficult ascendancies tend to have more downsides or more drastically alter gameplay (at a cost).
Currently, there are 8 available ascendancies.
Ascendancy | Description | Difficulty |
---|---|---|
Ascendant | Basically the same as vanilla with some improved resource gathering abilities. | Vanilla |
Champion | Deal some additional damage and is more proficient with a shield. | Easy |
Guardian | Can store items in a specialized inventory that are retained upon death. Is also proficient with a shield. | Easy |
Berserker | Moves faster and deals additional damage, at the cost of draining hunger at a quicker rate. Also cannot use a shield. | Moderate |
Deadeye | Is proficient with a bow, but cannot deal with tight spaces. | Moderate |
Pathfinder | These vegetarians are quick on their feet and are proficient with taming animals. | Moderate |
Assassin | Can hide themselves to deal additional damage, but are relatively fragile. | Difficult |
Elementalist | Can swim quickly and deal additional damage while burning. These fragile beings are also immune to poison and hunger. | Difficult |
