You can summon mobs through the Hunting or Unholy masteries.

Lycanites Mobs Method

Lycanites Mobs introduces many new mobs to Minecraft. However, the spawn rates of these mobs have been reduced greatly in Craft to Exile [Dissonance]. Instead, the mobs are introduced slowly throughout the dimensions. Additionally, only the primal elementals have been enabled as summons in [Dissonance]. When two different elementals come in close contact, a new para-elemental is formed. This makes for an interesting summoning system only found in Craft to Exile [Dissonance].

In Craft to Exile [Dissonance], summons will deal damage based on your equipped weapon. However, to summon, you will need to use the Lycanites Mobs summoning staff.
