Craft to Exile [Dissonance] utilizes the Aquaculture 2 mod by Team Metallurgy.
Aquaculture introduces tons of brand new fish, fishing gear, and a new metal and equipment to go with it.
Fish
Some of the fish you can expect to see:
- Bluegill
- Carp
- Catfish
- Pacific Halibut
- Pink Salmon
- Rainbow Trout
- Jellyfish
- Tuna
- Piranha
- Box Turtle
And many more.
Improved Fishing
Aquaculture add various mechanics that can boost your chances of catching something while your line is cast, for example, bait. You can use use bait to increase your chances of catching a fish. Bait includes:
- Worms
- Minnow
- Leech
Fishing Rods
Hooks
Iron and Diamond: chance to not use durability. Gold: Increased luck. Light: casts further. Heavy: casts shorter. Double: chance to catch two things. Redstone: longer opportunity to reel in a fish. Note: audible alert when a fish is approaching. Netherstar: chance to not use durability and increased luck. Hooks
Cosmetics
The mods also adds various cosmetic items into the game to customize your fishing rods.
Bobber
A dyeable bobber that can be dyed like leather armor.
Fishing line
A dyeable fishing line that can be dyed like leather armor.
Tackle Box
Aquaculture also adds a Tackle Box. In it, you can store all of these items and fish bait. The top corner items can be either, Green Dye, Algae or Kelp Link
Neptunium Equipment
Aquaculture add a new material called Neptunium to the game. You can make tools and armor from Neptunium. This material has various properties when underwater.
Armor
Helmet: the wearer sees better underwater. Chestpiece: the wearer breathes underwater. Leggings: the wearer "falls" underwater. Boots: the wearer swims faster.
Tools
Pickaxe and Shovel: do not have a mining speed penalty when underwater. Sword and Axe: deal extra damage underwater. Bow: normal arrows fired from it are not impeded underwater. Hoe: land hoe'd with this item will always be hydrated.
