Wither (Level 26)

Spawn Location

The Wither must be summoned. The Wither is spawned by placing 4 blocks of Soul Sand and/or Soul Soil in a T shape, and putting 3 Wither Skeleton Skulls on top of the three upper blocks. The last block placed must be one of the three skulls.

Ender Dragon (Level 30)

Spawn Location

You can find the Ender Dragon in The End. It will automatically appear if it is the first time The End has been accessed. Players can re-summon the Ender dragon once the fight is over by placing four end crystals on the edges of the exit portal, one on each side. When the dragon is re-summoned, a series of explosions resets the obsidian pillars, iron bars, and end crystals. The top of each pillar appears to explode, destroying any player-placed blocks. If the player does not pick up the dragon egg and starts to re-summon the dragon, the dragon egg disappears.

Refer to the Official wiki. Note that the Ender Dragon in Craft to Exile [Dissonance] cannot be affected by spells.

Milestones

Upon killing the Ender Dragon, you will unlock some potentially useful content. The mining dimension is not gated, but is introduced upon killing the Ender Dragon. Additionally, you will now be able to craft a Map Device which will grant you access to maps. Congratulations!

Pharaoh (Level 40)

Spawn Location

The Pharaoh can be found in Atum pyramids. You must activate the sarcophagus containing the Pharaoh by placing Gold Torches around it.

Malachite Guard (Level 74)

Spawn Location

Malachite Guards can be found on the top of malachite towers in Gaia. You will find these tall green structures in most biomes in the Gaia. The Malachite Guard spawns on the very top.
