Shaders

The modpack ships with Oculus which means that shaders are supported out of the box! No need to install anything. Complementary Unbound and Complementary Reimagined are both included in the pack by default.

You can find more shaders on Modrinth as well as on CurseForge. To install them you can add them to your 'shaderpacks' folder.

Optifine

Optifine is NOT RECOMMENDED due to how it overhauls Minecraft's rendering system and will cause blocks and items to be invisible, crash your game, and make it hard to debug/report issues.

Our modpack comes with most Optifine features including shaders, an FPS counter, and tons of graphics configuration settings out of the box. The performance mods we use are also much faster than both vanilla Minecraft and Optifine anyways. There is no need for Optifine, and it will not be supported.
