The Mana section of config.yml controls whether the Fabled mana system is enabled and how quickly players regenerate mana over time.

File location:

/plugins/Fabled/config.yml

Enable or disable Fabled's mana system entirely.
Set to false if you do not want to use mana for skills.

How frequently (in seconds) players regenerate mana.
Example: 1 means players regenerate mana once per second.
