For methods not utilizing the stock brick, you can utilize USB charger. There are a variety of them in amp rating, port count and features. Some have just one main switch, some have one for each port. Some have lights, some don’t. You will need at least 1 amp per port rating for s905w based ATVs, which equals 5 watts per port.

Shop around and see what is available. The brand and configurations may vary depending on what region you live in and can order from.

Devices

Some devices have been successfully powered by USB hubs, some have not.

Devices that can run off USB-USB power:

  1. x96 mini
  2. a95x f1
  3. u2c s912

Devices that have not had success being powered off USB-USB (USB-Barrel apparently works):

  1. tx9s

Power control for USB hubs

There is a project for controlling port power on select USB hubs on github called uhubctl. If you decide to go down this road, you will need to obtain support at that project.
