Installing multiple packages during SetupAssistant with native MDM

Currently, macOS versions 10.11 -> 10.13 have a major bug where sending multiple InstallApplication MDM commands (not to be confused with this tool) will result in one package failing to install.

If you need to install a secondary package (like a MDM agent), install it with InstallApplications.
