Menus that access Festival Planner features
The user can discover features of the Planner by looking into the menus.
The following menus are specific for the planner:
- Film Menu
- Screening Menu
- Program Menu
- Navigate Menu
Film Menu
Using the Film menu the user starts up the Film Rating Dialog.
The rest of the menu items offer access to all of the dialog's features.
If a Combination Program is selected, or a film that is screened in a combination program, the menu also allows you to navigate between Combination Program and Screened Films.
Program Menu
The Program menu has the following menu items.
Planner
Fires up the Automatic Planner
Analyzer
Displays an outline view intended to help understand why high rated films were not planned.
Supports three levels of outlining:
- Unplanned films with rating 8 or higher
- Screenings of those films
- Attended screenings that block the outlined screening from being planned
The third level can be absent, e.g. when Me is not available for the outlined screening of the unplanned film.
Fan Availability
Presents a dialog in which the availability per day of the festival can be administrated
