The current version of dlFilter requires mIRC version 7.44 or above. If you try to run the current version of dlFilter on a lower version of mIRC it will disable itself.

If you are running a Windows IRC client other than mIRC, please think about purchasing a mIRC license in order to run dlFilter. You can download a time-limited version of mIRC for free, and then try dlFilter to see whether the combination helps you sufficiently to justify a full mIRC license.

If you are already running a legitimate licensed version of mIRC prior to 7.44, your license entitles you to a free upgrade to the latest version.

If you are not running a legitimate licensed version of mIRC, please think about purchasing a license, as the time and effort that Khaled has put into writing and supporting mIRC is worth paying for. We are pleased to be able to offer you the ability to purchase mIRC at a 50% discount.

If you have a version of mIRC before 7.44 and do not want to upgrade, you can download and install the older dlFilter version 1.16 from our downloads page. Whilst this release has far less functionality, it will still make a significant difference to your file sharing channel experience.

Note: All versions of dlFilter prior to the current one are utterly unsupported.
