A game about a Lost Soul who wishes to have a purpose and finds it in the role of Psychopomp. His task is to escort The Departed through The Crossroads, a half-world between the world of the living and the world of the dead. A challenging task, given that there are creatures who wish to consume these Departed souls before they ever reach the afterlife.

Guided alternately by your Reaper mentor, you play as Psychopomp and navigate through the dangerous and strange Crossroads and safely escort The Departed into The Great Beyond.

Psychopomp is an RPG/Adventure game. It follows the story of a Lost Soul who is tasked with the responsibilities of a Psychopomp and must safely escort The Departed through The Crossroads to the gate of The Great Beyond, in order to ascend to the role of Reaper.

The game’s narrative structure follows that of a book, with several chapters and - perhaps - an epilogue. Each chapter represents a level in the game, and at the same time it represents a stage in the protagonist’s growth
