Meeting Minutes for the Week of 09/13/2021

Questions for Mr. Stansell:

This week, Team03 met with Mr. Stansell to refine the system and stakeholder requirements for Decision Gate 01 & 02. As recommended by Lydia Wu and Dr. Bae, both Decision gates will be completed by Friday, September 24th. The client approves of the current stakeholder requirements and is currently reviewing the system requirements for Team 3’s Decision Gate 03 meeting on Friday. Below is a set of questions Team 03 asked Mr. Stansell followed Lydia and Hunter’s meeting on Thursday, September 16th to refine the system requirements. Michael and Hayley prepared presentation slides and the Meeting Minutes for Interim report 04 on September 20th and also defined the priorities for each system requirement after briefly meeting with Mr. Stansell.

Lydia assigned 5 tasks for the team to complete for the week of September 20th, to ensure both Decision Gate 01 and 02 would be completed on time with no interruption:
