Check the battery life in the dog and in the controller. 4 green dots is full, no green dots is dead.
Set the dog flat on the ground, meaning the entire stomach of the dog is touching the ground.
Tap once, and then tap and hold the button on the battery on both the dog and the controller to turn them on.
Turn Off Dog
Have the dog lie down on its chest, like it was when you were turning it on, before turning it off. To do this, do L2 + A, L2 + A, and then
L2 + B on the dog's controller.
Tap once, and then tap and hold the battery button on the dog to turn off the battery, and do the same for the controller. Then, take out the battery and go charge it for next time.
