To getting started with P-NUCLEO-IKA02A1

  1. Plug the gas sensors expansion board to the STM32 Nucleo development board.
  2. Connect the STM32 Nucleo development board to a Pc using a mini-USB cable.

  1. Download the project ProjectOpAmpL0.eww from our repository
  2. Open the project on IAR EMBEDDED WORKBENCH IDE: in the File menu, select Open and click Workspace to display the Open Workspace dialog box.

5.Proceed with compiling( click on the Compiler button).

If the project is successfully compiled, this window is displayed:

  1. With the board connected start the debug operations to program the Flash memory(click on the Debug button).

This automatically installs on the board the bin file. After the installation board is automatically detected as a disk drive and you can see values collected by the sensor on a Tera Term window.

Example

To get a demonstration take the gas collection tool and a lighter.Press the collection tool flexible part and realise it when itโ€™s in the middle of the flame. CO is collected.Press the collection tool flexible part and realise the CO collected directly on the sensor.

You can see on the Tera Term window how the CO value changes. Note To reset and to restart MCU press the BLACK user button on STM32-Nucleo.
