ObjectFinder allows you to perform pairwise nearest neighbor analysis on any given set of objects, this function is at the bottom of the "Report" tab.

1. Go to the "Report" tab
2. Select the reference set of objects from the drop-down box at the top of the page
3. Select the neighboring set of objects from the drop-down box at the bottom of the page
4. Click calculate (and be patient as this might take time depending on how many objects to test permutations)

Once calculated, ObjectFinder will report the average nearest neighbor distance as well as overlap percentage.

You can plot the distribution of nearest neighbor distance as well as overlap with the dedicated buttons.

You can delete any previously calculated nearest neighbor distance analysis by selecting it and clicking the shredder button.
