Synopsis

Create an artifact in the form of ZIP archive in .build\output from $ArtifactFullPath.
The zip file would be named by convention $ArtifactFullPath.$($Version.InformationalVersion) (e.g. WebApplication.2016.8.5.74415.zip).

    File archiver with a high compression ratio
