Description:

JEOD3 now has different rotation matrices available that don't quite line up with what the orbital transform libraries in EDGE were expecting from previous versions.

This is a request to build a new version that has support for these new variables.

frankie April 21, 2015, at 11:35 AM: I've added a new transform as "orbital_transform_jeod3_mod2.cpp". Please be aware that it doesn't have much mileage yet, so if you see a frame that doesn't look right, please let me know so we can correct any issues. I've also placed an example API file you can use as a template as "sim_data/jeod3_example.api".
