Description:
currently, libtcl8.5.so/dll is included in the library directory so that there is no external dependency on the build. As part of libtcl being built, tclsh can also be built for each platform. If this is distributed in the bin_${VR_HOST_CPU} directory, then external scripts like benchmarks or other utilities could rely on tcl being available.
