The CCTV plugin, which has its roots in the shuttle program, has become a beast to maneuver around since it makes certain assumptions.
This is a request to add certain camera functionalities into the core of DOUG so that we can remove the CCTV plugin altogether.
Functionalities commonly needed for cameras are:
- show the actual FOV of the camera and/or the name in an overlay
- enforce a particular aspect ratio for a camera
- define a camera as monochrome or color
- enforce zoom/FOV limits
