Description:
I would like a way to upgrade the version of tcl. Version 8.5 has a number of improvements over version 8.3. Also, a number of online examples use 8.5 specific elements and converting some of these ideas to work in an old version can sometimes be difficult for a new tcl user.
In the short time I've been using EDGE I've run into instances where I'd like to use:

Although there is no necessity to upgrade versions, it would be a nice feature and I think something that would benefit the usability of EDGE.
