Description:
certain applications may want a relative time reference, such as the number of seconds doug has been running.

brad April 16, 2010 Added the following two commands (doug.cmd get_seconds, doug.cmd get_fps) which will return the number of seconds DOUG has been runing since program start and the current average frame-per-second the display is updating at.
