Description:
The headerfile selection and apifile selection in the simdata gui both use the SIM_DATA_DIR env variable as the initial dir, but for some reason, the datafile selection does not (and hence defaults to DOUG_HOME).
It is requested that the data file selection act the same as the other two.
(NOTE: You would only see this if you tried to choose the datafile first since the script remembers the dir after any of the files are chosen.)
