Description:
it would be good if the states dir passed into the state plugin in the config file was set to an environment variable so that users could overwrite the dir to point to the userdata area if desired via user_env.csh

Comments

Note: Actually, there is a way to do this in version 1.0, but I would like for it to be via environment variable as suggested since this is more straightforward. —frankie
