Description:
this camera was probably intended to be perpendicular to the stack, but has a slight offset to it. Suggested position is PYR of 0.0, 180.0, 0.0.

Workaround: To fix manually, edit your base state file (and any others that have been saved off) with new PYR values for RocketCam. PYR can be changed to "0.0, 180.0, 0.0". If you need to easily edit multiple state files from the command line, you can try this batch editor script (backup your stuff first!). —frankie
