EDGE is a highly configurable tool, and as such, users will undoubtedly have problems and questions.

All users:

• Please use the website: The website at http://graphics.jsc.nasa.gov is a live documentation effort. Search it for help with any problem you may have. If you have problems, feel free to edit an applicable page on the wiki and state why a particular process didn't work. If you were able to work around the problem, please state what you did and your results so that others may benefit. Please sign your comments in the page. We also welcome user's adding pages and contributing to others. Administrators can always go back and re-organize things, so don't be afraid to write and share information!

• Use the support chat room: If you have access to the NASA jabber servers, please join us in the EDGE support room. You can find the instructions on how to connect to the chat room on the EDGE Chat room instructions page.

In addition, if you are using a simulation delivered with EDGE integrated:

• Please contact your simulation provider for support. Some of the documentation on this website may not apply to you depending on the layout and EDGE integration process used by your sim provider.

Or, if you are a direct recipient of EDGE:

• Use email: You can email your point of contact for your delivery for help getting support. If you are a direct customer, you may contact Frank Graffagnino at [email protected].

• Phone support: Please use phone support as a last resort. Use the same support path as email when using phone support.
