Struct to DOUG File Converter

This perl script goes through an enigma struct file and converts it into a DOUG input block that can be copied and pasted into a models block to load in additional models. NOTE: This is extremely beta. The tiny script does the best it can, but the capability as far as handling lights, cameras, and pretty much anything besides models is zero. Feel free to make it better. —FG
