installing the plugin

1. Navigate to the osticket directory in var/www
2. Go to upload/include/plugins
3. Paste the plugin folder found here
4. Go to osTicket admin panel and Manage>Plugins
5. Install the plugin

Configuring the plugin

1. Enter the directory for the files to be written to
2. Enable the plugin
3. Settings>System>Attachments storage and settings: Change the store attachments field to the filesystem

It's now configured
