Info on runparms that Lizzie keeps forgetting (August 2018)

• varRstar1 = 0 -- when varRstar2 = NA, species have the same R* but the value varies
• varRstar1 = 1 -- when varRstar2 = NA, randomly select R* for each species (species pairs vary in Rstar)
• varRstar2 = [a number] -- if present VarRstar1 and VarRstar2 give the two c values for each species
• tracking = 0 -- all species the same randomly generated alpha
• tracking = 1 -- give random values for alpha for each species (species pairs vary in tracking)
• vartauI = 0 -- all species the same randomly generated tauI
• vartauI = 1 -- give random values for tauI for each species (species pairs vary in tauI)
