1. Go to the Google Play Console page for the developer, not for the app.
2. On the left hand side, go to Setup > Benchmarking.
3. Check the box.

Note: To prevent developers from opting-in and out only to get other’s data without playing fair by sharing theirs, Google makes the data available for the entire month whenever you opt-in. (Source)

• The More Apps* option does not interfere with gameplay
• The More Apps* option does not confuse the user by embedding itself within the gameplay

*Other acceptable substitutions for More Apps include More Games, More to Explore, Full Version, More, About Us, or your Developer Icon.
