User Story

As a potential customer, I hope customer service can give me product details, because I want to know the price, description, store information about the item.

As a potential customer, I hope customer service can help me do something, like add a product to my cart. Because I don't want to do the complicated operations every time.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Customers can ask the chatbot information about an item, if success, customers can get a link to the item detail
2. Customers can give chat bot a sku id, the chatbot can help customer put the product into cart.
