Discover

With a clear business objective, we enter in the first step of the project, that is identify whats in your way to achieve your objective. Uncover the pain points of both your customers and the larger market

Validate

Validate is the process of collect data to ensure that you are in the way to get the best solution for the users. If you have done discovery well, you have clear problems and many potential solutions to those problems. This phase you will validate your problem to determinate the right solution to move foward.

Build

After you align what you build, engineers get to work, during the build phase, you partner with engineers to make sure that your idea is going to life as intended or determinate how to pivet if needed. Its also where you share and also adjust the product roadmap.

Launch

Get this functionality out in the world and make sure that users adapt and continue using it. In this phase you work with marketing, customer success and sales to build a good plan that connects your targeting audience and shapes their behavior

Evaluate

Use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the success of a launch
