Unoffical builds of iodéOS - lineageos4microg/l4m-wiki GitHub Wiki
iodéOS is a privacy-respecting custom ROM built on LineageOS and microG: It describes itself as
an android operating system freed from Google trackers*
and is available for the devices listed here
LineageOS for microG uses spare capacity on our build servers to make unofficial builds of iodéOS for devices which are supported (officially or unofficially) by LineageOS and LineageOS for microG but not supported officially by iodéOS. These builds can be downloaded from this directory on our download server. Note that
- these builds have received very little or no testing, so USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK;
- OTA updates are not available (yet 😄) for these builds. Updates will be publicised in the Iodé Community Forums, and will need to be installed manually;
- the builds should be installed by booting to recovery on the device and flashing using
adb sideloadon the computer.
Devices that are officially supported by LineageOS
but not supported officially by iodé.

For these devices
- use the device-specific build of TWRP recovery from the 'yoshino Files' sourceforge project (linked in the table)
- installation instructions can be found in the XDA Forum thread for the unofficial LineageOS build for the device
* Note that poplar is officially supported by iodéOS, but only at version 4. I have no idea whether the unofficial 5.1 build can be dirty flashed over the official v4 build or whether a format / factory reset is required. Feedback welcome!
