About

The Ultra Wither is a version of the Wither that has had its power amplified by a command block. This version of the wither has more health, can dash, explode, and even summon deadly lasers.

Spawning

Creating an Ultra Wither requires an Ominous Pearl forged with a gold block in a smithing table to create an Ominous Command Block. This item cannot be placed, but when dropped on an active Wither, it'll amplify its power and create the Ultra Wither. If there is another Ultra Wither within 128 blocks, the Wither will not be converted into an Ultra Wither.

Attributes and Attacks

The Ultra Wither has 25% more health than the wither. After dealing enough damage (100.0), It'll indicate its shield has shattered with the sound of it shattering and glass particles surronding the Ultra Wither, leading to the second phase. The boss is divided into 3 phases.

Phase 1

In here, the Ultra Wither performs attacks similarly to the normal vanilla Wither, the major difference is that it can lightly dash. Sometimes it can perform an Ultra Dash, a much stronger dash that deals high damage and destroys blocks. This first phase will continue until enough damage has been dealt and its starting shield shatters.

Phase 2 The Ultra Wither will charge up a large explosion to clear the area around it, hover a bit above the ground, and proceed to summon several green lasers out of its body. These lasers move in random directions and must be avoided or else damage will be taken. This attack continues for about 10 seconds, once it finishes, the lasers slow down, and then incinerate the ground its touching with a high damage explosion. After this, the Ultra Wither will proceed similarly to phase 1, additionally with the ability to summon a large, fiery explosion below itself.

Phase 3 No attacks are performed during this phase. The Ultra Wither's command block shatters, exposing its core and leaving the player to perform one final hit. Upon the player hitting the Wither, the boss is defeated.
