The Giant Stompers are boots dropped by the Giant boss. It allows you to jump on top of mobs to deal damage and get an extra jump.

Giant Stompers also allow you to perform a charged high jump, charge your jump by holding sneak and then jumping.

Giant stompers do not work in water
