Merging Netherite with your Weapon

Weapons in Spellbound Weapons merged with netherite will be burned. Weapons that are burned will disable their functionality temporarily and give them a burned texture.

Weapons that have been burned with netherite can be reverted back by simply dropping them on the ground. When doing so, your weapon will be returned back to its original state with the ingot returned to you aswell.

The following items can be merged with netherite with no functionality:

• Windsweeper
• Witherblade
• Moonlight Edge
• End Excalibur
• Crucible

Why Cant I use my Weapon When Merged with Netherite?

Netherite gives your tools a very high amount of durability. Even without mending or unbreaking, you wont have to worry about your tool breaking for some time. This high amount of durability and damage is not ready to be implemented into Spellbound Weapons, and may be implemented at some point but for the time being is not implemented.
