If a row in the CSV data file contains only a single cell in the leftmost column saying ENDROW that means no more counters will be generated for the current row. The next one will be first on the next row in the current box, or the first one in the next box if this was the last row in the current box.

The numbers-endrow.csv file contains several uses of ENDROW to demonstrate its effect. It can be used with the numbers.svg template SVG. Notice how the first ENDROW, after 5, has no effect as that row is ending right there anyway. The ENDROWs after 12 and 19 just end their rows as expected. The ENDROW after 16 ends that entire box as there is no more room in that box.
