  1. xlaunch > display number: 97
    other choose default and complete the settings
  2. putty > connection > ssh > x11
    • enable X11 forwarding: checked
    • x display location: :97
  3. login putty and use xclock to test
  4. if su to other user

    • check below by the successful user

      1. echo $DISPLAY 
        localhost:10.0
      2. xauth list 
        prdapp1/unix:11  MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1  f5d3a2a33dafcaae452d71800c744b39
prdapp1/unix:10  MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1  fe9584b4588ad6ba211257f797f2bgai

    • after su

      1. xauth add prdapp1/unix:10 MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 f5d3a2a33dafcaae452d71800c744b39
      2. export DISPLAY=localhost:10.0
      3. use xclock to test
