Sushi can be made through the preparation board. To start making sushi, right click on a preparation board with dried kelp followed by steamed rice. You can make steamed rice by boiling rice in a cooking pot. You can always take back the steamed rice and the dried kelp by right clicking on the preparation board with an empty hand.

After putting dried kelp and steamed rice on the preparation board, you can put up to three ingredients in your sushi. Once you are done, left click on the sushi with an empty hand to get your roll. After making sushi, you can go back to using your preparation board as usual.

Note that unlike other recipes, you can usually add extra ingredients to the sushi without it becoming invalid. (For example, making sushi with cod and lettuce results in a cod roll instead of a default sushi.)
