A grill can be created by crouch right clicking with a Cooking Station Maker while standing directly in front of an iron trapdoor (it must be bottom half) and looking at it.

In order to use a grill, a heat source (campfire, fire, or magma block) must be present below the pot. You can cook food by placing it on the grill and then waiting for it to cook.

You can pick up the food on a grill by right clicking on it with an empty hand.

A grill is mostly used for cooking vanilla meats, but can also be used to cook sausages, bacons, and waffles.
