A cooking pot can be created by crouch right clicking with a Cooking Station Maker while standing directly in front of a cauldron and looking at it.

In order to use a cooking pot, a heat source (campfire, fire, or magma block) must be present below the pot. Before adding ingredients, you must first add water into the pot using a water bucket. Once you're done adding ingredients, you can cook your dish by right clicking on the pot with a shovel.

You can view the contents inside the cooking pot at any time by right clicking it with an empty hand.
