The side rails on my breadboard do not work so the wiring is slightly more complicated. I would recommend using the wiring that is on the diagram and online circuit.
Demo
A demo is linked below. For the demo I made the interval between each threshold 5 seconds. It takes 20 seconds for the buzzer to be activated. At first I continually move my hand to go through all of the states. Then I enter the first state and stop moving my hand. The motion detector continues to output high for four seconds then does not detect any motion and returns to the no motion state.
