Minutes of Project Meetings: 4/20 - Kayla Discussed initial research

4/23 - William Discussed initial research Data entry interface seems to be straight forward. Data storage is a challenging component of the project due to lack of experience designing a database that can generate reports. "Making it pretty" is something that would be nice...but is not a priority for the project at this time.

4/27 - William and Kayla Continued discussing initial research - Team sifted through Zoho so we could talk about pros/cons. Zoho presents a useful and simple interface, but there is no ownership, users are unable to export data cleanly, Kirk Library does not technically own the data, and users are unable to manipulate field headings without creating an entirely new project. The storage piece continues to be the biggest part of the project - interns will be following up with Sam to discuss options.
