Show the license of gappa.

Usage: gappa tools license [options]

Options
--full	FLAG If set, show the full license instead of the short boilerplate.

Print out the GPL v3 license information. By default, only the short boilerplate is shown. Use the --full flag to show the complete GPL v3 license text.
