FY26 AOPs.
Need to assembly FY26 Q2 quarterly report of all labs (new format). Add contributions to google doc and google presentation by COB this Monday.

Need to add output for return temperature, needed to compute heat for outside air. Kyle added code to EnergyPlus. Issue: not all zones may have a set point. In that case, inject thermostat and humidistat, and log a warning.

PNNL priority is zone side templates.
PNNL has milestones for end of FY to implement heat pump water heater, mostly using existing classes. Karthik works on finishing it for the PR.
ORNL latent wheel: This will be update after the thermal wheel is done due to dependencies:
